Welcome to CAT-I.AI, a software-as-a-service platform owned and operated by CAT-I.AI INC. (“CAT-I.AI,” “we,” “our,” and “us”), enabling users to generate and manage AI-driven solutions for CAT-I.AI is referred to in these Terms of Service as the “Service.”
Before setting up or using a Service account, or by using the Service, you must read and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Your use of the Service is governed by these Terms.
Clicking on the “Register” button signifies your agreement to the Terms of Service as if you had signed a hardcopy contractual agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not click on this button.
When you accept these Terms, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any entity or organization you represent and for whose benefit you are using the Service (“your organization”). You represent and warrant that you are authorized by your organization to accept these Terms on its behalf. References to “you” or “your” in these Terms refer to both you and your organization.
1. The Service
The Service is an online platform available at https://app.dev.cat-i.ai/that allows users to access and utilize the features provided, including generating and managing AI-driven models and related data (referred to as “User Content”). Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
2. Privacy
Your privacy is important to CAT-I.AI. The CAT-I.AI Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
3. Modification of Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. You are responsible for staying informed of any updates. Continued use of the Service after modifications are posted indicates your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must stop using the Service.
4. Service Availability
CAT-I.AI strives to make the Service available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.95%. This excludes outages caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, and third-party failures.
5. Use of the Service
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including User Content you create or share. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any illegal or harmful purposes. Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
We do not claim ownership over User Content you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service. All other content provided through the Service, including designs, code, and intellectual property, is owned by CAT-I.AI or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.
7. User Representations and Warranties
By uploading User Content, you affirm that you have the necessary rights to the content and that it does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others. CAT-I.AI is not responsible for any third-party content or User Content posted via the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAT-I.AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time with a minimum of sixty days' notice. CAT-I.AI also reserves the right to terminate your account for violating these Terms or for any other reason.
10. Miscellaneous Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
