- Content created with AI is now visible only to people in the department that owns it. Items created earlier have no department, so they stay visible to the person who created them and to administrators.
- Everything created with AI follows a single approval path routed to exactly one approver, and every approval round is recorded and shown, including who acted and what they decided.
- Form Builder saves drafts as you work and versions them, reads the files you attach when generating a form, and its list filters and Word export show what the form actually carries.
- Generating a presentation now completes reliably, your work on a deck is saved with its version history, and every deck keeps its own identifier.
- Documents you write by hand are saved like any other document, a stored document can be opened directly in the AI editor, and search returns only the documents you are allowed to see.
- A training quiz now enforces the number of attempts it was set up with, quiz answers stay hidden until you pass or reach your final attempt, and a certificate shows the trainee’s own name.
- People below Owner and Administrator are limited to their own department’s records, and nobody can be granted more access to a module than their manager has.
- Location is now chosen from the sites set up in Company Settings instead of being typed by hand, and you are no longer asked for your password while your session is still valid.
HACCP plans are easier to author and approve, access to plans and results now follows the person, the OSHA Form 301 prints the incident it names, and My Trainings shows your own record rather than the whole company's.

- HACCP plan editing now happens in a focused modal, the Process Flow Diagram is generated for you and opens in a viewer you can read, and anyone given an approval or sign-off role is notified.
- Access now follows the person. A HACCP plan opens only for those assigned to it, only someone with HACCP access can sign it off, quiz results stay with the learner and their trainers, and suppliers see only their own.
- The OSHA Form 301 preview now shows the incident it names, prints on its own at a readable size, and takes witnesses directly from People. The affected person is notified and can open the incident from there.
- My Trainings now shows your own progress and quiz results instead of the whole company's. Quiz questions can be imported in bulk, overview details are editable, and a participant row opens their training record.
- Suppliers are now emailed and notified when you request a document. Changing the supplier clears a raw material that no longer applies, and a failed request says so in place instead of failing quietly.
- A facility's Shift Schedule is now picked from your Shift Settings and can hold several shifts, and Business Units come from your active Departments. Direct Reports can be managed, and Org Chart links work again.
- Contract owners, departments and reviewers are now chosen from your real people instead of typed by hand, the Licenses and External Contacts tables scroll properly, and Quality Event downloads are complete again.
- Dark mode now reads clearly across HACCP, Safety Incidents, Quality Events, Task Management, Change Log, Company Settings, Departments, Suppliers, Contracts and Licenses.
Safety incidents save reliably again, CAT-ALOG permissions set in CAT-I now take effect, and License ownership is tied to real people who are notified when assigned.

- Logging a safety incident now saves reliably. Previously an incident could be rejected without ever being written while the form appeared to succeed, so the entry was silently lost.
- The CAT-ALOG permission you set for someone in CAT-I now takes effect. Previously the change saved and displayed correctly, but their access inside CAT-ALOG still followed their general CAT-I role.
- License ownership is now tied to real CAT-I people. You choose an owner from those who can actually open Organization, their name opens their profile, and owners can see the licenses assigned to them.
- Being made the owner of a License now notifies that person, on first assignment and when ownership moves — the same as tasks, training and meeting actions.
- You can now edit a saved License note in place. It keeps the original author and date, instead of deleting the note and adding it back as a new one.
- The Agenda tab of an audit now has working filters, including a date range. Opening Filters there previously showed an empty panel.
- Dark mode now reads clearly across Departments, Teams, Incidents, Gaps and Licenses. Several dialogs, selectors, cards and buttons had low contrast or borders that vanished.
Contract staffing agencies can now be recorded against the people who work for them, and adding a user tells you whether their sign-in details actually reached them.

- When you add or edit a contract employee, you can now record the agency that supplies them, chosen from your Service suppliers.
- When you add someone, CAT-I now tells you whether their temporary password actually reached them by email, and says plainly when it did not so you know to pass it on yourself.
- Compliance Review rows no longer show a stray fragment beside the selection checkbox.
- New Ingredient now opens in a dialog over the Ingredients register instead of replacing it with a separate page.
- Opening an ingredient from the Ingredients DB now shows it in a pop-up over the list instead of replacing the list with a separate page.
- Opening a label record now shows one review workspace instead of several separate boxes.
This release lets you recover your own password from the sign-in screen, and makes the temporary-worker badge and Production Plan progress reliable for the people who use them every day.

- You can now reset your own password from the sign-in screen: request a code by email, then choose a new password without waiting for an administrator.
- When an administrator resets your password, the temporary password is now emailed to you directly, so you no longer have to wait for someone to pass it on by hand.
- The temporary-worker badge now shows the same, correct status on every crew and roster screen, so a temporary worker is identified consistently wherever crew is shown.
- Packaging Leads can now record progress on the Production Plan themselves, ticking Test Assy, Prep-Batch and Produced and entering what was made, instead of needing a Supervisor.
This release adds video training materials, clearer access choices per person, and a simpler place to catch up on what changed in each deployment.
